Welcome to my website; please feel free to explore the various links and webpages, and to contact me with any questions. I am an economist with the following primary research areas: applied microeconomics, environmental economics, and environmental human rights.

My dissertation proposal was awarded the William R. Waters Research Grant from the Association for Social Economics for combining economic methodology and human rights research to address environmental issues spanning political, geographic, and temporal boundaries.

I have a bachelor's degree in business economics from Hofstra University; master's (MA) degree in economics and advanced graduate certificate in economic forecasting from SUNY Albany; and master's (MS) degree and PhD in agricultural and resource economics from the University of Connecticut.

I am a member of the Economic and Social Rights Research Group at the University of Connecticut's Human Rights Institute and I also belong to the American Economic Association, Association for Social Economics, Eastern Economic Association, and Northeastern Agricultural and Resource Economics Association.
